QAre you a manufacturer or a trading company?+
We are a pet bed manufacturer with our own production base in Xikou, Ningbo. Backed by 20 years of upholstered furniture experience, we specialize in medium and large foam-core pet beds with furniture-inspired construction.
QWhat is your MOQ?+
The MOQ is 100 pieces per size and fabric combination. Each additional size or fabric combination requires another 100 pieces.
QCan you develop a pet bed based on our design or sample?+
Yes. You can send a drawing, reference photo, physical sample, specification sheet or product link. We turn it into a production-ready brief.
QAre samples free?+
Standard samples cost US$100 each, excluding shipping. Samples involving complex designs, special materials, custom printing, tooling or custom structures are quoted individually after we review your requirements. The sample fee can be refunded or credited toward your first confirmed bulk order of 500 units or more.
QHow long does sampling take?+
Standard samples typically take 7–10 days after materials, specifications and payment are confirmed. Complex printing, tooling or special fabrics may require longer.
QWhat can be customized?+
Structure, dimensions, fabric, filling, foam density, color, print, labels, hangtags, packaging and carton marks can be developed for your market.
